Discussion Forum on Cultural Property in Times of War (and after): The Napoleon and Al Mahdi Cases moderated by Janet Levy, Professor Emerita of Anthropology, UNC Charlotte. Prof. Levy will moderate an open discussion about two cases of what happens to cultural property in wartime, the first involving looting and the second outright destruction, plus what has been done about it afterwards.
